# Privacy PolicyLast updated: May 2026This policy applies to all SportStatIQ apps, including LAXShooterIQ and LAXGoalieIQ, and any future apps released under the SportStatIQ name.The short versionSportStatIQ apps are designed with privacy as the default. We do not collect personal information from you. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising, or crash-reporting services. We do not have user accounts. Anything you enter into a SportStatIQ app stays on your device, and — if you have iCloud enabled — in your own private iCloud account. We have no ability to see or access it.
Information we collect
None. SportStatIQ apps have no sign-up, no login, and no user accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, contact information, location, device identifiers used for tracking, or any usage analytics.
Information you enter
Anything you enter into a SportStatIQ app — your player profile, sessions, shots, statistics, notes — is stored:On your device, in the app's local storage.
In your own private iCloud database, when iCloud is enabled on your device. This uses Apple's CloudKit service. Data stored in your private iCloud database is accessible only by you, governed by Apple's privacy policies, and is not visible to SportStatIQ.The developer never receives, stores, or has any ability to access this information.In-app purchases and subscriptions
Some SportStatIQ apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The apps never receive or store payment information, billing information, or your Apple Account email. SportStatIQ apps may let you export your own data as a PDF or CSV file. When you export and share a file, that file is handled by you through your device's standard share sheet. Wherever you choose to send it — email, messages, Files, a cloud drive — is entirely your choice and governed by that destination service's privacy policy.Third-party services
SportStatIQ apps do not embed any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, crash-reporting services, or tracking technologies. Aside from Apple's own iCloud and App Store services (which are required for sync and purchases, and are governed by Apple), no third parties receive any information.Children's privacy
SportStatIQ apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). The apps are rated 4+ on the App Store. Because we collect nothing at all, the apps comply with children's privacy laws by design.Data retention and deletion
Because we don't collect or store your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on a server. To delete data from a device, delete the app or use the in-app reset option (Settings → Reset All Data). To delete iCloud-synced data, sign into your iCloud account from a device and remove the app's data from iCloud Storage.Your rights
Because the developer collects no personal information from you, there is no personal data for the developer to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. All of your data lives on your devices and in your iCloud account, both of which you control directly.Changes to this policy
